2. Booking & Payment

• Projects begin after written confirmation and deposit/payment

• Prices are in CHF unless stated otherwise

• Payment is due as outlined in the invoice (typically 50/50 or full upfront for smaller projects)

3. Intellectual Property

• You own the final designs and website once the full payment is made

• I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed

• Templates and assets may not be resold or redistributed

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and content

• Respect project timelines

• Communicate any changes or concerns clearly

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started

• Unused work time may be credited or refunded at my discretion

6. Liability

I am not liable for any loss of income, data, or business resulting from the use or misuse of your website or brand materials.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Legal venue is Basel, Switzerland.
